If you’re ready, it’s time.  Let’s get to the bottom of this. Let’s dig deep.

You won’t be alone. I will go with you. Your body will be our guide. You will be an active participant in your health care and wellness. This will be a time of self-reflection and growth. Habits will be challenged, assumptions questioned. I will help distinguish slick marketing versus clinical reality. Together we will move towards healing, with the help of herbs, supplements, and proper nutrition.

Sometimes good health ultimately comes down to making a choice.

“The part can never be wellunless the whole is well.” Plato

What to Expect:

Whole Body Herbs uses a combination of nutrition, supplementation and plant medicine to address physiology, energetics and the emotional impacts of illness. Protocols are created with a combination of education and experience, research and resources, and a dose of intuition to find the right combination for you, at the right time.

Intake Interview

This will be a full health assessment, usually focused on 1 or 2 main concerns of client. We will talk about many aspects of these concerns; building the big picture of your overall health, often by focusing on the day-to-day living, eating, sleeping and being. It takes between 1-2 hours.

Sometimes a formula can be created the same day, other times it will take more time, research, and analysis to figure out the best fit for your needs. Herbal formulation and products are not included in the price of the consultation.

Follow Up

This will follow the initial intake interview by 2 weeks to a month, depending on the agreed upon protocol. We will reassess the program and see what is working and what is not working.

I will always be available between appointments to answer questions or concerns, but this check in is to make sure the herbal formulas, suggested supplements and other ideas are in track with your end goal. This usually only takes 1 hour.
